Our team will firstly take the time to get to know you, your lifestyle, and your ambitions for the project. We will walk you through the whole process, break down all the elements involved and gain an understanding of your budget and timing constraints.
We are also able to assist you in organising consultants. Through our years of experience, we have built relationships with a range of consultants that we can recommend ensuring that your project is in safe and experienced hands.
Our team will then provide inspiration and insights and begin to transform your ideas into reality with schematic illustrations.
Throughout the design development, we build on the schematic design, adding specific details to prepare the design ready for the next phase. This stage includes selecting materials and working with consultants to ensure no further modifications are needed in construction. This can one of the most exciting steps as you finally see your ideas come to life!
This stage of the process also involves contacting cost consultants, investigating the regulations and requirements associated with your build, and incorporating these into your design.
We take all of the information we have collected and prepare the final design drawings and documents required for council submission. These drawings communicate all aspects of your build to everyone involved in the construction of your project. Our team will correspond with all key stakeholders in your build to see your project through to completion.
We will continue to contact the council for you until your plans are approved to ensure your project remains on budget and without delay. We are also happy to help you with contact administration or any further assistance you may require.
